SG COMBAT MEDICAL OPERATIONAL PROFILE
This unit is primarily reserved for those with real-life medical credentials (RN, Dr., EMT, Paramedic, etc.) Membership here in our very own SG-SOCOM SG-8 Medical is highly encouraged for these individuals. We recognize the dedicated career-life and self-sacrifice of those that serve in the medical field. We have a place here, as well, for honorary members that want to build the Dr. Frasier or medical persona costumes. Honorary members, of course, cannot portray themselves as true medical professionals outside of this arena of costuming and roleplaying, and all liability rests on those that do.

UNIFORMS
FIELD UNIFORM If on field duty, Combat Medical personnel are authorized to wear the standard woodland camo or standard black BDU uniform of the SG-SOCOM, with or without tac vest Tactical backpack that can accompany some vests to hold medical supplies Black T-shirt Black boots Headgear for this uniform shall be standard fatigue cap, beret or "boonies hat" Medic black and white patch may be worn in place of the branch of service patch on the right arm Personal sidearm are not authorized Shoulder arms are not authorized.
GARRISON UNIFORM: If not on field duty, Combat Medical personnel are authorized to wear the standard woodland camo or standard black BDU uniform of the SG-SOCOM, however it is usually the standard duty uniform or Class Bs as listed below... Short-sleeve shirt appropriate for branch of service Slack or skirt as appropriate for the branch of service Over this will be worn the white lab coat, with nametag Black boots Headgear for this uniform shall be standard garrison cap, or beret Medic black and white patch may be worn in place of the branch of service patch on the right arm Personal sidearm are not authorized Shoulder arms are not authorized.
